Split into three parts, this poetry collection explores being trapped inside an unhappy marriage in Part One. Part Two follows ‘the escape’ and Part Three celebrates freedom. The poetry aims to find its place in the heart of the many who can identify with both being trapped and starting again.

“This collection is impressive and moving.  Feelings of entrapment and helplessness are powerfully conveyed.  Then, the realisation that a better life might be possible and having the courage and determination to make it happen are well experienced.

I like the analogy of the process to the life cycle of a butterfly and also the variety of forms in the verses.” C Kilner

An autobiographical account of the journey from ADHD to ASBO.

“This was a fantastic tale of a wonderful mum pushed further any mum should be.It is well written and easy to read, in fact once you start reading this book it is hard to put down, I read the whole book in 5 days. All mum’s should read this book. I hope this wayward son one day realises how lucky he is to have such a persistent, brave, loving mum.” F Ayrton
